Introduction
The Christian life is an impossible life for unregenerate people, but for those regenerated people, those in whom the Holy Spirit lives, the Christian life is a life that is made up of joy, moral resolve, biblical conviction, and spiritual enablement by divine grace and the power of the Holy Spirit. As such, every Christian is a MIRACLE! A Christian is a miracle of grace, divine power, and the Holy Spirit’s work. Once Jesus explained that it was hard for a rich man (a man who sees himself as self-sufficient and self-centered) to enter the kingdom of heaven. In response to this the disciples asked, “Then who can be saved?” What Jesus says next is of vital importance. He said, “With people this is impossible, but with God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26).” Salvation is impossible, except by the power of God, but with God salvation is a reality.
